At Tatak Pinoy Straya, we strive to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason the product(s) you purchased do not meet your expectations, you are welcome to make a return within 30 days of delivery.
To process your return successfully, please take note of the following guidelines:
Return Guidelines
- Return Period: The product must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Product Condition: The product must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags still attached.
- Refund Method: Refunds can only be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Shipping Arrangements: Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for the return shipping. Products should be returned to our Australian warehouse.
- Non-refundable Items: Voucher codes are non-refundable and cannot be re-issued.
How to Return an Item
- Initiate Return: Contact our customer service team via email at @salestatakpinoystraya.com.au or call us at +08 629 56464 to initiate the return process. Provide your order number and details of the product(s) you wish to return.We will also require a video copy of the product that will be sent through our email.
- Prepare Your Package: Ensure the product(s) are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags still attached. Pack the items securely in the original packaging or a suitable alternative.
- Ship the Product: Arrange for the return shipment to our Australian warehouse. You are responsible for the shipping costs. Please use a trackable shipping method to ensure your return reaches us.
- Receive Your Refund: Once we receive and inspect the returned product(s), we will process your refund to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 30 business days for the refund to be processed and appear in your account.
Important Notes
- Exchanges: We regret that in order to make the returns process as efficient as possible, we are currently only offering refunds and not exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, please place a new order for the desired product while processing your return.
- Refund Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 30 business days after we receive the returned product(s).
